At one time, I gave up on my grand plans for this page (see below). I don't expect some sort of renaissance here, but I've got at least a couple new pages to contribute:
At one time I had grand plans for this page. I've mostly given up on ever having the time to maintain it. I'm keeping some of the old stuff around just in case someone finds it useful, and in the vain hope I will return to it someday.
